Since updating to the latest iTunes on my MacBook Pro , all of my music shuffles from the entire library, so I can't listen to an album end to end. None of the shuffle buttons seem to toggle this off or appear to be selected. I found one suggestion to use a different l'itunes library, which I tried with no success. Any ideas would be appreciated!

Go to menu> controls> shuffle > check off.

Thanks, Jim. Unfortunately, this didn't solve my problem as the shuffle was already deselected. Just to test, I did toggle in on and then back off to test.
I have this problem too, and have turned shuffle off in the menu, on, off again, and so on.
I know this sounds dumb.. but for me turning ON Shuffle corrected this issue...
This is right. I stumbled on the same counter-intuitive solution. I should've updated this thread.
I was having this problem as well. I tried the shuffle on suggestion but it didn't work for me. I then checked shuffle off and, by accident, noticed a play button when I scrolled over music note logo next to the album I wanted to listen to. When I clicked play there everything worked fine.
